Recovery is a practice — and a practice can be taught.
Recovery Dojo is private, self-directed recovery education. We teach the concrete skills, habits, and character that lasting change is built on — through short daily lessons, guided practice, and honest reflection. We believe recovery is learnable, and that the best time to change your relationship with alcohol is while it's still yours to change — not after it has cost you something.
Drinking was doing a job: winding down, taking the edge off, closing out the day. That's why just stopping rarely sticks — the job goes unfilled. Recovery Dojo helps you build something stronger to put in its place, so you don't need the drink to do it anymore.
People who largely have it together — and intend to keep it that way. People who want to change privately, on their own terms, without meetings, waitlists, or labels, before anything breaks.
Education-first
